Ready for Quilter's Chocolate!

I made this cute little fabric basket and have it sitting in my office.  I try to keep some dark chocolate inside - just in case the urge arises!

One of my Favorites!

I don't know how many people out there love scones, but they are a weakness for me!  Instead of buying them, I decided to make a batch.  Oh, I have to tell you, they were divine!

Gardening 2019 ???

This years attempt to plant a few veggies that both Steve and I like.  My crop ended up being pretty slim picking!  But, we did get a few yellow beets.

A Dish Towel Challenge...

Our local Quilt Guild did a fun dish towel challenge.  I wasn't sure if I would have time to do it.  But, you know the old saying "Don't be busy, be productive"...well I decided to be productive and it's amazing what I can do!

A Second Chance!

I bought a small baby quilt at St. Vincent de Paul (aka...St. Vinnies) in Florence, Oregon.  The little quilt needed a little "love", and I knew that I could fix it.  So, I purchased the quilt for $5.  Long story short, I ended up taking the quilt completely apart and created something new!  The original fabric are the blocks with the daisies.  It's just a simple four patch with blocks between, but I love how it turned out!  I named this quilt "Second Chance".
