Here's another recipe...maybe I'm just hungry!!!
Chocolate Chip Pecan Cheeseball
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 C. butter, room temperature
1 C. powdered sugar
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 C. plus 3 T. mini chocolate chips
1/2 C. pecans, finely chopped
In a mixing bowl cream the cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar and brown sugar and blend well. Mix in the vanilla and 1/2 C. mini chocolate chips, scraping the sides.
Place the mixture into small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours. With floured hands, shape into a ball.
Mix the remaining 3 T. chocolate chips and chopped pecans and roll the ball in the nut mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
